First, run ./gradlew verifyMavenJarsCreated which will publish/verify the jar.
Then, run the ./gradlew bootrun command in the annualized-return directory which will start the SpringBoot server locally.
On the left-hand side of the Workspace there is a Beaker icon below there is a browser Preview icon click on that.
After clicking on it, it will open a new browser preview window, and type the localhost:8081:
